Few workplaces are as challenging as an urban waste incinerator. Extreme temperatures, nauseous odors and potentially hazardous fumes make the conditions extremely difficult. In Luzern the third of the Nephos installations controls temperature, odors and fumes without adding excessive water to the pile and thus maintaining the effciency of the incinerator.
